What is the member events calendar?
The member events calendar is a public calendar where Spaceworks members can post information about their upcoming performances, exhibitions, open rehearsals, and creative/cultural gatherings.

What types of events can I post to the member events calendar?
You can post an arts & culture event such as a performance, exhibition, audition, creative meetup or gathering.

How do I add an event?
Click this link to add your event through the member portal. You can find this in the member portal under Events → Add Event → Add New.

How do I manage my event?
Click here to see and manage your events. You can find this in the member portal under Events → My Events

Who will see my event?
Once your event is posted, it will be visible to the entire Spaceworks member network.

Can I share my event with the wider public?
Yes. You can share your event link wherever you please.

Can I track RSVPs to my event?
Yes, you can create an RSVP form to track attendees.

Can I sell tickets to my event on this platform?
No. Our member event calendar does not support ticket sales. If you plan to sell tickets, you can either indicate the amount you plan to collect in person, or you can link to another platform where people can buy tickets to your event.

Can I link to another event page such as Eventbrite or Facebook?
